Gary from Arizona does wood turning as a hobby.  Most of the turnings that he has completed have been given as gifts to friends and family.   Gary has been turning for 27 years.   He has turned wood blocks, however prefers segmented wood turning using wood with contrasting colors.

Gary uses Titebond wood glue for his projects.  After turning and sanding he finishes using 3-4 coats of Waterlox Original (applied with a papertowel), then a quality floor wax.  The pieces he turns are for decorative purposes.

The turnings that Gary has done include:  Vases, Plates, Goblets, Bowls, Table Lamps, and more!
